About the Role:
We are seeking an accomplished Billing & Invoicing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate invoicing, managing customer relationships, and optimizing our billing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Planning & Analysis: Develop and maintain detailed financial plans, forecasts, and models to support business growth and strategic decision-making.
- Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, manage stock movements, and ensure seamless tracking and reporting.
- Accounting & Reconciliation: Accurately record and reconcile all financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash management.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Create and manage comprehensive budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis to inform business strategy.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline and optimize existing processes, reducing costs and enhancing efficiency.
Requirements:
