Visual Designer Opportunity

We're seeking a skilled Visual Designer to join our team.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs that capture the essence of our brands. This includes developing striking collaterals, ensuring brand consistency across all materials, and staying up-to-date with the latest design trends in F&B, hospitality, and lifestyle spaces.

  • Design Studio: Develop creative concepts for menus, packaging, posters, social media creatives, and in-store branding.
  • Brand Consistency: Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure our brand identity remains consistent across all materials.
  • Creative Freedom: Adapt our brand guidelines into fresh, engaging designs while maintaining design functionality and print-readiness.
  • Digital Assets: Create visual content for social media, newsletters, and other digital channels as needed.
  • Production Management: Coordinate with printers, vendors, and production teams to deliver high-quality outputs that meet our standards.
  • Design Trends: Stay current with the latest design trends in F&B, hospitality, and lifestyle spaces to inform your creative decisions.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in design, preferably with F&B, hospitality, or lifestyle brands.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and familiarity with After Effects or Canva is a plus.
  • A strong understanding of typography, layout, and color theory.
  • Experience preparing print-ready files and working with vendors.
  • A portfolio showcasing relevant design work, including collaterals, branding, menus, and packaging.
