
Senior Offer Development Specialist

We are looking for a seasoned Bid & Offer Manager with 6-8 years of experience to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of our business.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Business Manager, Technical Direction, and Account Manager, reporting to the India Head - Presales. Key responsibilities include managing the end-to-end bid process, from qualification to contract award, including value proposition strategy development, solution development, commercial considerations, partner identification, competitive landscape, and risk management.
- Pre-sales
- Ensure offers and project references are readiness
- Anticipate next major RFI/RFP and associated risks
- Support coordination (BU, TD, and Global Pre-sales), define, and follow action plans for major RFI/RFP
- Support new business strategy and development
- Support preparation of documents required for bids
- Bid Management
- Support BM and TD in the use of CRM tool during the bid process
- Support qualification of business and strategy to answer
- Support preparation & organize / attend Go/NoGo– Bid/NoBid
- Ensure group offers are best used and maximize the value of ALTEN offer
- Support business manager in coordination of bid team (technical, business, legal, quality, center of expertise, partners)
- Check quality of offer and financial form prior to offer review
- Store information on CRM tool (except documents stored by BMs during offer review)
- Organize / Attend Offer review
- Perform Lessons learn of each CFT
- Analyze risk for each bid and alert BU/Management/TD as required
- Transversal activities / Capitalization
- Issue KPIs from CRM tool and check accuracy of data
- Issue reporting to Management, BU, TD, and Pre-Sales Head with adapted frequency and format
- Monitor adherence to bid process and alert if not respected
- Analyze maturity of bid process by Business Unit and define and roll out associated action plans
- Perform analysis for each semester for main reason for win/lose
- Capitalize best practices, offers, and templates to maximize win rate & reuse
- Explain and enforce BID process, method, and tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proven experience in bid management and pre-sales
- Knowledge of CRM tools and software
- Experience with market research and competitor analysis
