Data Engineer Role

As a seasoned data engineer, you will be responsible for designing and developing large-scale data engineering capabilities in diverse big-data environments. You will work on solving complex data engineering problems, building enterprise-grade ETL tools, and leveraging cloud platforms.

You will collaborate with data scientists and business intelligence professionals to deliver practical solutions, ensuring high-quality data across various storage types. Additionally, you will maintain excellent communication skills, explaining complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders, and possess strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing and implementing large-scale data engineering solutions
  • Developing and maintaining enterprise-grade ETL tools
  • Leveraging cloud platforms
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven insights

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
  • 6+ years' experience in critical job functions of the team
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
  • Big Data experience with Snowflake, Teradata, Netezza, etc.
  • Conceptual data modeling and data engineering experience
