Job Title: Content Moderator

We are seeking a highly skilled Content Moderator to join our team at Genpact. As a Content Moderator, you will play a critical role in protecting intellectual property rights and supporting related security practices for those who create music content for audiences around the world.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Taking down copyrighted content (Audio, Images, videos) reposted by users without the consent of the original creators
  • Review and deletion of duplicate content from different social media platforms
  • Investigation and creation of reports on accounts tagged for using copyrighted content
  • Understanding policies carefully and taking appropriate decisions
  • Identifying gaps in existing policies and generating insights to improve quality
  • Recognizing trends and patterns and raising issues
  • Responsible for showcasing proven work ethic, with the ability to work well both independently and within the context of a larger collaborative environment
  • Accountable for performance standards (Efficiency, Quality)
Qualifications:
  • Graduate (Any Discipline)
  • Freshers are eligible
  • Minimum B2 proficiency in English CEFR
  • Must have an inclination towards global music
  • Must be able to work on a flexible schedule (including weekends)
  • Basic PC skills (Internet navigation, Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Comfortable with dealing with routine work quickly and at a high standard
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in content protection, copyright infringement, investigations is preferred
  • Tech Savvy
  • Aware of various social networking and music/video platforms
