We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Content Architect to lead our digital content strategy and deliver exceptional user experiences across multiple brands and languages.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement scalable content models, taxonomies, and governance frameworks to support multilingual portals.
  • Configure Sitecore XM/XM Cloud templates, workflows, RBAC, publishing approvals, and SLAs to ensure seamless collaboration and high-quality standards.
  • Develop GraphQL schemas/contracts in partnership with Next.js/React teams to enable robust API integration.
  • Manage content releases using Sitecore Content Serialization (SCS) and oversee environment promotion to guarantee smooth deployment.
  • Lead migration activities from Ch1/XM XM Cloud, including mapping, redirects, validation, and QA to minimize disruptions.
  • Enforce compliance with WCAG 2.2 AA, SEO metadata, Open Graph, and Schema.org standards to maintain accessibility and search engine rankings.
  • Establish preview/localization workflows, language fallback, and enhance authoring UX to streamline content creation.
  • Develop governance frameworks, contribution guidelines, checklists, and QA playbooks to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Monitor content KPIs and analytics, optimize search quality, facets, synonyms, and zero-results to continuously improve the user experience.
Requirements:
  • Strong experience with Sitecore XM/XM Cloud and expertise in headless content modeling, workflows, and RBAC.
  • Hands-on experience with GraphQL, Experience Edge, and content release management using SCS.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
  • Familiarity with Sitecore Search and Sitecore Personalize/CDP.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipelines and collaboration tools.
