Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Flutter developer to lead the development of high-quality mobile applications. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, guide junior developers, and contribute to the overall architecture and product strategy. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Flutter, a passion for creating cutting-edge mobile applications, and the ability to lead and mentor a team.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code following best practices.

- Collaborate in agile development processes and ensure timely project delivery.

- Troubleshoot and debug application issues to maintain optimal performance.

- Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the applications.

- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and apply them to the mobile development process.

Must-Have Skills and Qualifications

- 5 years of experience with Flutter.

- Strong proficiency in Dart and Flutter framework.

- Expertise in MVC, MVVM, State Management (SM), and architecture design patterns.

- Experience with integrating Maps, RESTful APIs, and Firebase.

- Proficiency in local databases and integrating at least one payment gateway.

- Experience with method channels for platform-specific functionalities and app upload processes for iOS and Android.

- Knowledge of Flutter Web development.

- Excellent logical programming and communication skills.

- Demonstrated leadership skills in managing a development team.

- Experience with testing (unit, integration) and maintaining high code quality.

Good-to-Have Skills

- Experience with In-App Purchases.

- Basic knowledge of Dependency Injection (DI).

- Basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines for mobile app deployment.

- Familiarity with native development in Kotlin, Java, or Swift is a plus.

Education :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (CS), Information Technology (IT), or equivalent such as B.Tech or MCA.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with Flutter Web development.

- Familiarity with Test-Driven Development (TDD) and automated testing frameworks.

- Strong understanding of third-party libraries and native Android/iOS integrations.

- Experience with cloud-based services such as Firebase, AWS, or Azure.
