Main Responsibilities
  • Project Planning & Execution:
    • Full-cycle project oversight from inception to handover, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
    • Development of comprehensive project schedules, budgets, and resource plans, guaranteeing seamless project execution.
    • Management of timelines, deliverables, and progress for multiple high-end interior or architectural projects, fostering collaborative relationships with stakeholders.
  • Team & Stakeholder Management:
    • Leadership and management of internal project teams, site supervisors, contractors, vendors, and consultants, promoting open communication and mutual respect.
    • Strategic point of contact for clients, providing transparent updates and ensuring alignment with expectations through regular review meetings.
    • Fostering a culture of collaboration across procurement, design, and execution teams, driving innovation and excellence.
  • Quality & Risk Management:
    • Implementation of rigorous quality assurance procedures and enforcement of compliance with safety standards, ensuring a safe working environment.
    • Proactive identification and resolution of risks or roadblocks, minimizing their impact on project goals.
    • Seamless coordination across teams, leveraging expertise to deliver exceptional results.
  • Reporting & Documentation:
    • Maintenance of accurate project documentation, including progress reports, schedules, change requests, and cost tracking, facilitating informed decision-making.
    • Presentation of project status reports to senior leadership and clients, ensuring transparency and accountability.
    • Documentation of contracts, work orders, and approvals, safeguarding project integrity.
