We are looking for a highly skilled Graphic Designer who can drive creativity and innovation in their work. This role demands someone who can translate complex briefs into captivating visual solutions across various formats.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Owning the visual identity and design output for multiple brands and campaigns
  • Leading the development of conceptual ideas and executions for print, digital, outdoor, films, and other media
  • Collaborating with copywriters, strategists, and client servicing teams to develop compelling ideas that align with brand strategy
  • Mentoring junior designers and visualisers to deliver high-quality work
  • Translating marketing objectives into clear, consistent, and innovative creative executions
  • Reviewing creative work to ensure it meets high standards and client expectations
  • Presenting ideas and visuals to internal teams and clients with confidence and clarity
  • Staying up-to-date with current design, advertising, and cultural trends, and knowing when to follow or break them
  • Maintaining design consistency while working on multiple projects across industries
  • Managing timelines, delegating work, and ensuring timely delivery of all creative assets

A strong portfolio demonstrating creativity across formats is essential. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and leadership, communication, and presentation skills are also required.
