Role: Automation Expert

Key Responsibilities:

  • To develop and lead an automation strategy for merchant acquiring business, leveraging cutting-edge technologies.
  • Build a robust automation framework and mentor a team of QA engineers to ensure seamless execution.
  • Drive cost savings and benefits through strategic automation, resulting in improved customer experience.

Technical Requirements:

  • Leverage programming languages like Java/Selenium/BDD/TestNG to design and build automation frameworks from scratch.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to QA engineers, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
  • Participate in technical design, code reviews, and root cause analysis to guarantee testability and quality.

Desired Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 10 years of strong experience in software testing and automation, with at least 4 years in a lead role.
  • Solid hands-on experience in programming languages like Selenium Web Driver.
  • Strong working experience in different approaches for UI/API/Mobile Technologies.
