System Infrastructure Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a System Infrastructure Expert. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the stability, security, performance, and scalability of our technological infrastructure.

  • Manage and monitor servers (Linux, Windows, cloud and on-premise) and maintain a high level of availability and reliability.
  • Administer environments in AWS, Google Cloud, and Azure, focusing on scalability and high availability.
  • Implement, maintain, and monitor security systems, backups, and disaster recovery plans to ensure business continuity.
  • Automate administration processes using scripts, CI/CD pipelines, and other tools to improve efficiency and reduce manual errors.
  • Monitor networks, firewalls, VPNs, and traffic to ensure connectivity and security, and implement measures to prevent unauthorized access.
  • Conduct periodic audits on performance, security, and compliance to ensure adherence to industry standards and regulations.
  • Integrate and maintain monitoring solutions such as Prometheus, Grafana, and Zabbix to provide real-time insights into system performance.
  • Collaborate with development, support, and security teams to optimize operations and improve overall system performance.
  • Manage access, permissions, and authentication policies using IAM, MFA, and Zero Trust principles to ensure secure access to systems and data.
  • Document configurations, processes, and best practices to ensure knowledge transfer and continuous improvement.
  • Provide 2nd and 3rd level support in critical incidents to ensure timely resolution and minimize downtime.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or similar is preferred but not mandatory if experience is proven.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience as a SysAdmin or similar role with strong knowledge of Linux (Ubuntu, CentOS, Debian) and Windows Server.
  • Experience with containers and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes) and solid knowledge of networks, protocols, VPN, DNS, Load Balancers.
  • Experience with monitoring and logging (ELK Stack, Prometheus, Grafana, Zabbix) and automation scripting (Bash, Python, PowerShell, Ansible, Terraform).
  • Solid knowledge of system security and compliance with certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP, RHCSA, CompTIA Security+) being a plus.
  • Fluent English (written and spoken) with excellent communication and documentation skills.
Nice-to-Have:
  • Experience in blockchain and Web3 technologies.
  • Certifications in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and advanced security concepts.
  • Experience in FinTech or digital payments environments with familiarity with quantum security and advanced cryptography.
