Business Operations Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Operations Specialist to play a key role in driving our innovative platform forward. This is an excellent opportunity to deepen your expertise in fintech and AI, acting as a vital link between our business vision and technical execution.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead requirement gathering sessions using techniques like use case development, user story mapping, and process flow definition.
  • Work closely with engineering teams to define detailed requirements for complex systems, including real-time data (APIs, WebSockets), AI/ML features, and blockchain integrations.
  • Manage the product backlog and facilitate agile ceremonies (grooming, planning, reviews) using Scrum/Kanban to ensure clear communication and on-time delivery.
  • Act as a liaison between business, technology, and compliance teams, ensuring product developments align with strategic goals.
  • Collaborate with QA engineers to review test plans for comprehensive coverage and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Key Qualifications & Skills:

  • 2-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within fintech, trading, blockchain, or a related SaaS environment.
  • Hands-on experience working with APIs and a solid understanding of AI/ML concepts.
  • Familiarity with agile methodology; knowledge of Scrum/Kanban frameworks.
  • Demonstrable skill in requirement gathering, use case creation, and writing clear user stories.
  • A strong interest in and understanding of DeFi and digital assets.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.

Nice to Have:

  • Exposure to algorithmic trading concepts or wealth management platforms.
  • Basic knowledge of secure architectural practices (e.g., encryption).
  • Experience with SQL for data analysis.
