Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled OT Security professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing and architecting security standards for ICS networks, as well as strong understanding of IT and OT network communication protocols.

  • Experience working with IT security managers, plant managers, and ICS/OT engineers is essential.
  • A strong background in penetration testing, particularly with PLCs and SCADA systems, is required.
Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating niche propositions for ICS security across relevant industries, engaging with clients to understand their problems and challenges, and providing tailored solutions.

  • Setting up/orchestrate a test lab for simulating real-world attacks and creating an experience center for clients is also a key responsibility.
  • Contributing to the firm's overall Cybersecurity practice priorities and aspirations is another important aspect of the role.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Extensive experience in sectors including electricity, oil & gas, water, transport & logistics, chemical, power, nuclear, and manufacturing.
  • Proficiency in security monitoring architecture for ICS networks.
  • Strong understanding of TCP/IP, UDP, DNP3, Modbus, IEC 61850, OPC, OPC UA, PROFINET, etc.
  • Experience with security standards such as IEC 62443, NIST 800-82, NCSC/CPNI SICS Framework, etc.
