Job Summary

Unlock your full potential by joining our product development team as a Senior Product Associate. You will play a key role in defining and configuring complex product solutions for key client relationships and prospect opportunities. Your expertise in user research, analysis of metrics, and collaboration with innovators will drive growth and success.

In this role, you will partner with the Product Manager to identify new product opportunities that meet customer needs and market demands through user research and discovery. You will maintain a product roadmap and prioritized backlog that guides development efforts and ensures alignment with the product vision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute product strategies to enhance customer experiences and drive business results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver high-quality products that meet customer needs.
  • Analyze and track product metrics to inform data-driven decisions and optimize product development.
  • Support the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation and design to development, testing, and launch.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in problem-solving on a team within a cluster of products.
  • Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle.
  • Experience in product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definition.
  • Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed and complex organization.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to articulate concepts to senior management and customers.
  • Ability to develop collaborative relationships with business stakeholders.
  • Creative problem solver with strong written and verbal communication skills.
