Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Operations Manager to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Policies and Compliance: Ensure company policies are adhered to, maintaining a high level of integrity and professionalism.
  2. Profit Optimization: Analyze and optimize operational costs to maximize profits, driving business growth and success.
  3. Team Development: Identify, develop, and train new employees, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
  4. Customer Satisfaction: Resolve customer issues efficiently, ensuring complete satisfaction and loyalty.
  5. Leadership: Provide strategic leadership and direction to all employees, promoting a positive work environment and encouraging professional growth.
  6. Quality Assurance: Oversee product quality and availability, ensuring consistency and excellence in every aspect of operations.
  7. Employee Reviews: Prepare and present accurate employee reviews, providing constructive feedback and guidance for improvement.
  8. Staff Management: Collaborate closely with the store manager to lead staff effectively, ensuring seamless execution of daily operations.
  9. Inventory Management: Oversee retail inventory management, maintaining optimal stock levels and minimizing waste.
  10. Customer Support: Assist customers promptly and professionally, addressing their needs and concerns.
  11. Scheduling: Organize employee schedules, ensuring adequate staffing and minimizing overtime.
  12. Health and Safety: Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and security rules, maintaining a safe working environment.
  13. Customer Service: Maintain a consistent standard of customer service, exceeding expectations and building strong relationships.
  14. Motivation and Vision: Motivate employees to strive for excellence, aligning them with the company's mission and vision.
  15. Visual Merchandising: Maintain merchandise displays and visual presentation, creating an engaging and appealing shopping experience.
  16. Store Maintenance: Ensure stores meet high standards, including stocking and cleaning, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.
  17. Tasks and Support: Complete assigned tasks accurately and efficiently, providing support to the general manager as needed.
