Job Title: Artificial Intelligence Specialist

We are seeking an accomplished Artificial Intelligence Specialist to join our organization.

About the Role:

  • Create, Develop and Deploy AI/ML Solutions: Focus on Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) for domain-specific tasks.
  • Fine-Tune and Optimize LLMs: Utilize frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex or similar for building modular AI applications.
  • Integrate LLMs with APIs and Enterprise Systems: Leverage vector stores and databases for efficient data management.
  • Implement Model Deployment Strategies: On-prem, cloud, serverless or containerized environments.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Deliver end-to-end AI solutions with data engineers, product managers and software engineers.
  • Stay Updated with AI Advancements: Propose adoption of new technologies and implement Machine Learning Operations (MLOps) best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Software Development Experience: 5+ years (Python preferred; Java, C#, Node.js a plus).
  • Generative AI Experience: 2+ years hands-on experience in LLM-based development.
  • Ai/ML Fundamentals: Strong knowledge of Natural Language Processing (NLP), deep learning, embeddings and transformers.
  • LLMs and Frameworks: Experience with OpenAI GPT, Anthropic Claude, LLaMA, Falcon, Mistral or similar.
  • Vector Databases and Cloud Platforms: Familiarity with Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus, FAISS, Chroma and AWS, Azure, GCP.
  • MLOps Tools and Containerization: Proficiency in Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines and MLflow, Kubeflow, Weights & Biases.
  • Strong Problem-Solving and Communication Skills: Proven track record of delivering production-grade LLM-based projects.
