Job Title: Senior Software Development Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Development Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering organization, you will design, develop, and deploy large-scale cloud-based distributed services with millisecond latency and ultra-high transactional volumes.

  • Key Responsibilities:

    ">

    • You will use object-oriented design concepts to program large multi-tier systems and have working knowledge of common and useful design patterns.

      ">

    • You will design, refactor, re-architect, deprecate, and implement large-scale cloud-based distributed services with millisecond latency and ultra-high transactional volumes.

      ">

    • You will effectively articulate technical challenges and solutions to non-technical audiences.

      ">

    • You will experiment with whatever technology is needed to get the job done.

      ">

    • You will work with senior and principal engineers, researchers, and data engineers across multiple teams to design a new platform for optimizing supply chain management.

      ">

    • You will expand and optimize our world-class supply chain systems to support a variety of emerging business initiatives.

      ">

    • You will automate third-party supply management systems and break new ground to drive inventory across Amazon marketplaces.

      ">

    BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

    ">

    • 3 years of non-internship professional software development experience.

      ">

    • 2 years of non-internship design or architecture, design patterns, reliability, and scaling of new and existing systems experience.

      ">

    • 3 years of video game industry supporting title development, release, or live ops experience.

      ">

    • Experience programming with at least one software programming language.

      ">

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    ">

    • 3 years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience.

      ">

    • Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.

      ">
