Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Language Trainer to deliver tailored language instruction for individuals preparing to live and work in Germany.

The ideal candidate will be fluent in German (minimum B2, preferably C1) and passionate about teaching, with the ability to adapt lessons to diverse learning needs.

This role involves conducting German language training across proficiency levels (A1–B2), both in-person and online. The successful candidate will develop lesson plans and learning materials tailored to student needs, administer regular assessments, and provide personalized feedback.

In addition, the Language Trainer will prepare students for certifications such as Goethe-Zertifikat, ÖSD, TELC, etc., and use digital teaching tools for online delivery. Adaptability between online and offline formats and support multiple student batches daily are also essential requirements of this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct German language training across proficiency levels (A1–B2).
  • Develop lesson plans and learning materials tailored to student needs.
  • Administer regular assessments and provide personalized feedback.
  • Prepare students for certifications such as Goethe-Zertifikat, ÖSD, TELC, etc.
  • Use digital teaching tools for online delivery.

Qualifications
  • Certification at least B2/C1 level in German from recognized bodies.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in German, Linguistics, Education, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 1–2 years of German teaching experience (classroom/online).
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, cultural awareness, patience, adaptability.
  • Tech proficiency for using teaching platforms and in creating digital content.
