Optimizing Production Efficiency

About the Role:
  • Key Responsibilities:

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process to ensure high-quality output and adherence to established standards.

Production Excellence: Ensure optimal production output while adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

  • Industry Expertise: Possess prior experience in solar cell manufacturing or the chemical industry, with a strong understanding of production processes.
  • Process Improvement: Develop and implement projects aimed at enhancing yield, reducing costs, and optimizing production efficiency.
  • Engineering & Trials Management: Manage engineering changes, production trials, model changes, and pilot builds effectively.
  • Technical & Analytical Skills: Demonstrate strong mathematical, technical, and basic computer skills, with the ability to analyze complex data.
  • Quality Assurance: Establish and enforce quality control measures to ensure products meet desired standards and comply with internal/external audit requirements.
  • Multitasking & Flexibility: Exhibit adaptability and capability to handle multiple projects or tasks simultaneously, prioritizing deadlines and resources.
  • Knowledge Documentation: Understand cell manufacturing procedures and contribute to developing SOPs, operating instructions, and documentation standards.
  • Team Leadership: Effectively guide or lead team members, promoting collaboration and open communication.
  • Safety Compliance: Maintain safe work practices, adhere to chemical/gas safety procedures, clean room protocols, ISO standards, and environmental regulations.

The ideal candidate will possess 7+ years of experience and a Full Time B. Tech/Diploma in Electronics/Mechanical/Chemical. Preferred skills include experience in solar cell manufacturing or the chemical industry.
