Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst and Model Developer to join our team. As a Data Scientist, you will play a key role in developing and implementing machine learning models that drive business decisions.

Your primary responsibility will be to design, develop, and deploy predictive and generative AI applications that improve business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement machine learning models for predictive and generative AI applications.
  • Apply advanced statistical methods to improve model robustness and interpretability.
  • Optimize model performance through hyperparameter tuning, feature engineering, and ensemble techniques.
  • Perform large-scale data analysis to identify patterns, biases, and opportunities for AI-driven automation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into business processes.
Qualifications & Skills
  • PhD or master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, or Data Science.
  • 4+ years of experience in machine learning and deep learning, with expertise in algorithm development and optimization.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, and visualization tools (Power BI).
  • Experience in developing mathematical models for business applications, preferably in finance, trading, image-based AI, biomedical modeling, or recommender systems industries.
  • Strong communication skills to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
