Exterior and Interior Design Specialist

As a senior Interior Designer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative design solutions that meet the needs of our clients. This will involve:Conducting site visits and measurements for on-site design assessment.Developing detailed CAD drawings and elevations, ensuring accuracy and precision.Combining practicality and aesthetics in designs for various spaces, both corporate and residential.Managing design timelines without compromising quality.Collaborating with architects, clients, and contractors effectively.Presenting design proposals and ideas clearly.Creating concept sketches and mood boards to visualize design visions.Inspecting completed designs to ensure alignment with client objectives.Utilizing software tools like AutoCAD, MS Excel, Photoshop, and SketchUp for design execution.
Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you must have:Proven professional experience with at least 3 years of comprehensive knowledge of materials, building structures, and working drawings.Proficiency in planning interiors and furniture layout design according to vastu principles.Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills, as well as strong attention to detail and exceptional drafting skills.Effective communication and presentation abilities, with the ability to present design proposals and ideas clearly.Familiarity with software tools like AutoCAD, MS Excel, Photoshop, and SketchUp.
