The primary goal of this position is to oversee the construction, maintenance, and dismantling of scaffolding systems in various settings. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of oil and gas field operations, as well as experience in similar roles.

">Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure that all scaffolding systems are properly erected, maintained, and inspected to guarantee a safe working environment for personnel.
  • Develop and implement strategies for efficient scaffold utilization and minimize downtime during projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, architects, and project managers, to integrate scaffolding plans into overall project design.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of scaffolding structures to identify potential hazards and implement corrective measures.
">Requirements:

A successful candidate will have the following qualifications:

  • Minimum 4-5 years' experience in the oil and gas industry, preferably in a related role such as scaffolding engineer or safety manager.
  • Proven expertise in scaffold inspection, maintenance, and registration processes.
  • Strong understanding of scaffolding types, materials, and erection procedures for various elevations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work at heights and navigate complex scaffolding systems.
