We are seeking a skilled Technical Lead to manage the migration of an Enterprise Data Warehouse to a cloud-based platform using Azure Cloud data tools and Snowflake. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing data platform solutions.

Key responsibilities include managing the migration, designing data platform solutions, and developing and implementing cloud-native ETLs and data pipelines using modern technologies on Azure Cloud, Databricks, and Snowflake.

Additional skills and qualifications required include experience with Azure Cloud data tools, Databricks, and Snowflake, as well as proficiency in DevOps and CI/CD practices using Git Actions.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful project delivery in a cloud environment, excellent problem-solving skills, and strong communication and collaboration skills.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in a Cloud Data Engineering role
  • Hands-on experience with Azure Cloud data tools (ADF, SHIR, Logic Apps, ADLS Gen2, Blob Storage), Databricks, and Snowflake
  • Strong experience in developing cloud-native ETLs and data pipelines using modern technologies on Azure Cloud, Databricks, and Snowflake
  • Proficiency in DevOps and CI/CD practices using Git Actions
  • Experience with Python or other scripting languages for data processing

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in Azure or Snowflake
  • Prior experience working with automated ETL conversion tools used during cloud migrations (Snow Convert, Blade Bridge, etc)
