Job Opportunity for Creative Copywriter

We are seeking an exceptionally talented Copywriter to collaborate with a leading digital advertising agency and leverage exciting opportunities to work on global brands and win awards.

The Copywriter responsible for all creative produced for one or more brands, depending on the size. The Creative Copywriter must ensure that all creative produced meets the standards set by the agency and the client.

Specifically, the Copywriter has the following key responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with copywriters to produce standout and strategically focused concepts and campaigns
  • Take ownership of writing projects and oversee them from start to finish
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of product data and claims, as well as those of the competition
  • Work independently under tight deadlines while managing multiple projects
  • Estimate creative hours
  • Participate in client meetings and presentations
  • Attend market research as necessary
  • Contribute to strategic branding with planning
  • Manage workloads to maximize productivity of the creative team
  • Provide written feedback for annual performance reviews and ongoing feedback on the creative team's performance
  • Lead the creative team in concept development and execution of projects from conception to completion
  • Demonstrate understanding and appreciation of clients' products and marketing challenges
  • Represent the agency at client meetings and social events as required
  • Understand and represent agency positioning, philosophy, and processes

Requirements:

  • 0-2 years of agency experience
  • A proven track record of creative ability and judgment, successful client contact experience, and excellent presentation skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with account management, manage creative writers, and travel as needed
