Job Position

We are seeking a skilled technical specialist to fill the role of Veeva CDMS Technical Specialist.

About The Role:

  • The ideal candidate will have experience in Veeva Vault and proficiency in its features and functionality.
  • A strong understanding of ITIL processes and support methodologies is also required.
  • The ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues with ease is essential.
  • The technical specialist will be responsible for identifying and resolving technical issues related to applications.
  • They will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to resolve problems and ensure effective communication and coordination with stakeholders.
  • The successful candidate will provide support to end-users, addressing their concerns effectively and staying updated with the latest technologies and industry trends.
  • They will perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures to prevent future issues.
  • The technical specialist will conduct regular system audits to ensure data integrity and security.

Requirements And Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3-8 years of experience in software engineering and design architecture.
  • Proficiency in architecture principle design and software engineering and design architecture is required.
  • Experience with rotational shifts is preferred.

Preferred Skills And Abilities:

  • Knowledge of multiple programming languages and frameworks.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
