Job Summary

  • This role involves leading the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, SMS, Push, Direct Mail, and In-App.
  • Key responsibilities include campaign management, segmentation, targeting, and personalization to optimize results.
  • Manage end-to-end campaign workflows, including targeting, segmentation, and testing scenarios to improve performance.
  • Analyze data to drive targeted marketing initiatives and create customer segments using Adobe Campaign's data model and query capabilities.

Requirements

  • 3–7 years of experience in Adobe Campaign (Classic/v8) campaign execution and management is required.
  • A strong knowledge of email marketing best practices, such as deliverability, compliance, and CAN-SPAM, is necessary.
  • Experience with SQL and JavaScript for segmentation and audience building is essential.
  • A good understanding of data flows, customer journeys, and campaign automation is also required.
  • Familiarity with multi-channel orchestration and reporting & campaign optimization skills are beneficial.

Bonus Skills

  • Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud products would be advantageous.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for email template troubleshooting is a plus.
  • Exposure to integration with CRM/CDP systems would be beneficial.
