AI Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced AI engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data science, machine learning, and AI governance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement AI solutions for business problems
  • Lead the design and implementation of AI governance frameworks and standards
  • Collaborate with distributed AI teams to drive innovation and strategy

Requirements:

  1. 10+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or AI fields
  2. 5+ years in leadership roles related to AI governance, strategy, or innovation
  3. Deep expertise in modern AI frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX) and their enterprise applications
  4. Hands-on experience with large language models (e.g., GPT, Claude, Llama) and prompt engineering

Technical Expertise:

  • Deep understanding of MLOps practices and tools for model governance, monitoring, and lifecycle management
  • Expertise in evaluating and governing foundation models for specific business domains
  • Knowledge of AI infrastructure requirements, including GPU/TPU optimization
  • Experience with AWS AI services (Bedrock, SageMaker, etc.) or other cloud AI platforms
