Senior Legal Associate

Overview:

The Senior Legal Associate is a key member of the legal team, responsible for providing high-level legal support to senior management and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Represent clients before the Supreme Court, High Courts, Tribunals, and regulatory authorities.
  • Conduct thorough legal due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and financial transactions.
  • Lead litigation and dispute resolution proceedings to minimize legal risks.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts and legal documents.
  • Provide expert legal advisory on Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code matters.
  • Perform in-depth legal research and interpretation of laws including the Companies Act and SEBI regulations.

Requirements:

  • SEBI or SAT qualification is mandatory.
  • Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) – Mandatory
  • Master of Laws (LL.M) – Preferred
