As a SAP CPI expert, you will play a pivotal role in fostering seamless integration between business systems to enhance operational efficiency and scalability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and deploy integrated solutions using SAP CPI and other middleware tools such as Dell Boomi and WebMethods.
  • You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze client requirements and develop tailored integration solutions.
  • You will develop and maintain APIs, OData services, and other data exchange mechanisms to facilitate effortless data transfer between systems.
  • Implement and configure SuccessFactors Integration Center to integrate HR-related applications and services.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in customer-facing roles, including implementation, consulting, support, or key-user roles in SAP/SF/Integration business applications.
  • Expertise in integrating two systems, including Cloud-to-On-Premises, Cloud-to-Cloud, and other scenarios.
  • Good understanding of standard business processes and scenarios, preferably in HR-related areas.
  • Experience/exposure in SuccessFactors Applications (any module) and SuccessFactors Integration (SAP CPI, BTP).
  • Knowledge on SuccessFactors Integration Center and S/4 HANA.
