Expert in Power Transformer Innovation and Development

R&D Process Expert sought to spearhead cutting-edge technology integration, drive product development, and growth strategies. This role will play a vital part in securing our global position and ensuring project execution.

  • Identify and implement novel research methods focusing on future technical direction and scenarios in the evolving technology landscape.
  • Prepare technical specifications, laboratory test equipment, and processes to meet performance targets.
  • Making recommendations concerning acquisition and use of new technological equipment and materials within set parameters.
  • Participate in intellectual property evaluations and patent application development.

As a technology expert, you will specialize in transformer insulation drying, fluid treatment, and filling processes, including impregnation through experimentation and collaboration with R&D teams and manufacturing units. Your contributions will enhance transformer quality, optimize process efficiency, and minimize failures.

Requirements:
  • Ph.D. or master's degree with research experience in Material Science, Chemical, or industrial technologies.
  • A minimum of 5 years of R&D experience in industrial processes involving drying, fluid treatment, and vacuum technologies.
  • Hands-on experience in experimental validation and implementation of new process technologies.

The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical capabilities, proficiency in modern tools for process monitoring, simulation, and digitalization, along with an interest in interdisciplinary topics and effective collaboration across international and remote teams.
