Blockchain Technical Architect

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Blockchain Technical Architect to join our team. As a seasoned professional in technology consulting, you will bring expertise in Digital Assets, Smart Contract Oracles, Inter-operability, private/permissioned blockchains, and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Expertise with various blockchain platforms, specifically nuances between permissioned vs. public chains, is required.
  • Consensus mechanism functional and technical knowledge is essential.
  • You will have experience building solutions on blockchain protocols, such as public blockchain, MainNet, Solana, Cosmos, etc.
  • Experience with layer 2 protocols and knowledge of ooEthereum development tls (i.e. Hardhat, OpenZeppelin) is necessary.
  • Delivering cloud-native architectures and solutions, such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Oracle, Coinbase Cloud, is a key responsibility.
  • Understanding of how to layer blockchain network with cloud application and client UI through API streams is required.
  • Experience with writing/debugging and deploying Smart Contracts is essential.
  • Platform security, scalability, and reliability are also important considerations.
  • Understanding of the blockchain vendor landscape is necessary.

Requirements

  • A demonstrated ability to develop and grow new business relationships with senior stakeholders (internal and external) is required.
  • Substantial experience developing and delivering executive level presentations is necessary.
  • Comfortable working in a virtual environment and managing a virtual team is a must.
  • Flexibility/adaptability – comfortable working with ambiguity and continually evolving priorities is essential.
  • Willingness to travel as required (where restrictions permit) is necessary.
  • Demonstrates strong value for diversity and ability to team and collaborate effectively is a requirement.

  • Applied Cryptography

  • Microservices design
  • Data Architectures (SQL and NoSQL)
  • Credentialing blockchain participants (SSO, certification, etc.)
  • Ability to produce high quality work products
