Cloud Solutions Architect Position

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Solutions Architect to design and implement scalable, secure, and cost-effective cloud architectures that support digital transformation and IT modernization.

This role will involve architecting and implementing cloud solutions using Google Cloud Platform (GCP), leading cloud migration initiatives, and designing multi-cloud and hybrid-cloud architectures for high availability, scalability, and business continuity.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with GCP, deep knowledge of cloud architecture patterns, microservices, and containerization, as well as proven expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform or similar tools.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Architect and implement cloud solutions using GCP.
  • Lead cloud migration initiatives from on-premise or legacy systems to cloud-based platforms.
  • Design multi-cloud and hybrid-cloud architectures to ensure high availability, scalability, and business continuity.
  • Define and implement IaC using Terraform or similar tools.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong hands-on experience with GCP – at least 2 of these at an expert level.
  • Deep knowledge of cloud architecture patterns, microservices, and containerization.
  • Proven expertise in IaC using Terraform or similar tools.
  • Experience with cloud migration strategies, workload assessments, and re-architecting solutions.
  • Strong understanding of cloud security principles, including IAM, encryption, and compliance frameworks.
  • Familiarity with cloud cost optimization strategies and tools.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Cloud certifications (e.g., GCP Professional Cloud Architect) are preferred.
Nice to Have:
  • Experience in retail or e-commerce cloud deployments.
  • Exposure to DevOps pipelines, CI/CD tools, and monitoring solutions.
  • Understanding of data architectures, including data lakes and analytics on the cloud.
