Responsibilities

  2. Sales and Business Development:\
  • \
  • Work closely with Nuvama Wealth Relationship Managers on driving insurance products.\
  • Promote and sell insurance products to existing and potential customers through relationship managers mapped to you.\
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the line of business overall targets with self and team.\
  • Develop new business opportunities through networking and referrals.\
  • Client Consultation:\
    • \
    • Assess clients' insurance needs and provide suitable recommendations.\
    • Explain insurance policies and coverage options to clients clearly and effectively.\
    • Assist clients with the application process and ensure proper documentation.\
    • Customer Service:\
      • \
      • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients regarding their insurance policies.\
      • Address client inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns related to insurance products.\
      • Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.\
      • Compliance and Documentation:\
        • \
        • Ensure all insurance transactions comply with company regulations and policies.\
        • Maintain accurate records of sales and client interactions in the company system.\
        • Stay updated with changes in insurance laws and regulations.\
        • Training and Development:\
          • \
          • Participate in ongoing training programs to stay current with industry trends and product knowledge.\
          • Share best practices and knowledge with team members to improve overall performance.\
          • Job Requirements\

            • Bachelor's degree in finance, Business Administration, or a related field.\
            • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the banking or insurance industry.\
            • Strong knowledge of insurance products and services.\
            • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.\
            • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.\
            • Experience\

              • Minimum 5 years' experience in life insurance sector.\
              • Fresher to be considered only from Insurance institutes.\
