Full Stack Developer Position

We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer to join our team. As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for designing and developing scalable web applications across both frontend and backend layers.

You will work closely with UX designers, product owners, and engineering teams to deliver seamless user experiences and robust backend services.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Backend Development: Developing backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and optionally Spring MVC.
  • User Interface Development: Building responsive and dynamic user interfaces using React and modern frontend technologies.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborating with UX teams to implement intuitive and accessible designs.
  • Integration and Optimization: Ensuring seamless integration between frontend and backend components, and optimizing application performance and scalability across platforms.
  • Code Reviews and Architecture Discussions: Participating in code reviews, architecture discussions, and agile ceremonies.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Java, Spring Boot, and React Development Experience: Strong experience in Java, Spring Boot, and React development.
  • Familiarity with Spring MVC: Familiarity with Spring MVC is a plus.
  • Full Stack Experience: Proven ability to work across the full stack, from database to user interface.
  • UX Development Experience: Experience in UX development, including accessibility and responsive design.
  • Mentorship and Architectural Contributions: Ability to mentor junior developers and contribute to architectural decisions.
