About the Position

As a Process Expert, you will be responsible for creating Purchase Requisitions and Purchase Orders as per defined formats. This role involves coordinating with internal and external teams to confirm details and resolve system errors.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Create purchase requisitions and purchase orders according to established guidelines
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to verify information and troubleshoot issues
  • Follow up with vendors and stakeholders regarding material and service delivery, maintaining accurate records
  • Initiate and coordinate vendor evaluations with the business team
  • Maintain a purchase order tracker and update the dashboard for internal management reporting purposes
  • Prepare and share timely, accurate reports as requested by management
  • Achieve error-free task completion within agreed timeframes and maintain a 100% accuracy rate
  • Apply PTP processes, policies, and procedures while adhering to internal control standards
  • Respond promptly to queries from internal and external stakeholders

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in commerce or a related field
