Expert Cybersecurity Specialist

We are seeking an expert cybersecurity specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manual security code review and a proven track record of performing penetration tests on web applications, internal applications, APIs, and mobile applications.

The successful candidate will be responsible for researching new vulnerabilities in systems and software, modifying and customizing tools, known exploits, POCs, and scripts to meet operational requirements. They will also stay up-to-date with the latest attack techniques, tools, and emerging threats.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform manual application penetration tests on web applications, internal applications, APIs, and mobile applications to discover and exploit vulnerabilities.
  • Independently research new vulnerabilities in systems and software, modify and customize tools, known exploits, POCs, and scripts to meet operational requirements.
  • Research and stay up-to-date with the latest attack techniques, tools, and emerging threats.
  • Presentation of technical reports to clients, explaining outcomes and providing detailed insights and recommendations.
  • Cross-functional collaboration with developers, IT operations, and business stakeholders to integrate security best practices into project workflows.
  • Mentorship and guidance to junior security staff and fostering proactive security awareness within the organization.

Requirements:

  • Masters (preferably in computer science or MCA) and/or B.E. / B. Tech from a reputed University.
  • 4– 10 years of post-qualification experience with strong working knowledge on Manual Security code review.

  • Understanding of exploitation of Microsoft platform used in enterprise environments.
  • Relevant certifications such as GWAPT, OSCP, OSEP, CRTP, CRTO, OSWA are strongly preferred.
