At ADCI MAA 12 SEZ, we are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Expert to join our team as a Device Associate. As a crucial member of our Manual Testing team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and accuracy of our cutting-edge applications and products.
About the Role:
As a Device Associate, you will work on manual testing for desktop and mobile platforms, focusing on Amazon Assistant Products. Your key responsibilities will include executing test cases, reporting bugs accurately, and understanding testing procedures and guidelines for new builds and releases. You will also perform regression and repetitive testing exercises to qualify builds without compromising on quality. Additionally, you will use software tools for data capture and be comfortable with capturing results, communicating, and escalating failures. Furthermore, you will raise all failures or doubts related to test case execution in the clarification portal and close them as per SLA's. A basic knowledge of reading scripts for troubleshooting is essential.
We Offer:
We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of our locations in Chennai, TN, IND. To succeed in this role, you should have a BE, BTech, BS in Computer Science, Master of computer Applications (MCA), or MSc Information Technology (IT) degree. Additionally, you should have good familiarity with the Windows desktop environment and proficiency in using Word, Excel, IE, Firefox, etc. Minimal relevant QA experience and strong knowledge of QA methodology are required. Preferred qualifications include fresher or candidates with 1 or 2 years of QA experience.
Salary Estimate:
The estimated salary for this role is around ₹6-8 lakhs per annum, considering the location and job requirements. However, please note that this is an estimate and may vary based on individual factors.
