Job Title

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced data management specialist to join our team. This role involves working with the Stibo STEP platform to set up and customize data solutions, create and manage data structures, and help design ways to connect Stibo with other systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with the Stibo STEP platform to set up and customize data solutions.
  • Create and manage data structures (e.g., databases, data warehouses).
  • Help design and build ways to connect Stibo with other systems (using APIs, ETL tools, or web services).
  • Collaborate with teams to find the best technical options and guide them in development.
  • Talk to clients to understand their needs and explain solutions in simple terms.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to data quality, performance, or integration.
  • Support teams in setting up and configuring the Stibo STEP platform.

Requirements:

  • 5–8 years of experience working with Stibo STEP MDM.
  • Good knowledge of programming languages like Java or JavaScript for customization.
  • Experience in data integration (ETL, REST APIs, web services).
  • Hands-on knowledge of databases (SQL) and common data formats like XML, JSON, CSV.
  • Understanding of data structures and how systems store information.
  • Ability to use coding/debugging tools (like an IDE).
  • Bonus: Stibo STEP Certification or knowledge of Informatica PIM.
