Senior Software Quality Assurance Specialist

Our organization is seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Performance Tester to play a vital role in developing a comprehensive performance testing strategy. This individual will be responsible for designing, scripting, and executing load, stress, and scalability testing to deliver high-quality results.
- Maintain expertise in performance/load testing principles and techniques.
- Design and develop solutions for supporting cloud-based technologies.
- Communicate effectively across multiple teams and external vendors.
- Monitor server metrics using Application Performance Monitoring (APM) tools.
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills, as well as excellent communication and collaboration skills. They will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with the ability to learn new test tools and technologies quickly.
Required Skills:
- 7+ years of performance testing experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience with OpenText LoadRunner.
- Significant experience working with Jmeter and APM tools.
- Proven experience with SOAP Web Services and RESTful Web Services testing.
- Strong knowledge and experience in software development lifecycle (SDLC) and software quality assurance (SQA) processes.
