We are currently seeking a senior digital design manager to join our organization. This is an exceptional opportunity for a techno-functional leader who can effectively manage and guide a 30+ member team across multiple projects.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in RTL design and Design Verification (DV), with the ability to oversee RTL design, micro-architecture, verification planning, and execution. He/she will also be responsible for providing hands-on technical guidance, resolving design/verification challenges, and driving project planning, execution, and tracking to meet delivery schedules.

This role involves close coordination with cross-functional teams, ensuring adherence to PPA (Performance, Power, Area) and quality targets. The successful candidate will also be responsible for building and strengthening the team's capability by mentoring engineers, as well as supporting customer reviews, project audits, and internal reporting.

  • Manage and guide a 30+ member digital design & DV team across multiple projects.
  • Oversee RTL design, micro-architecture, verification planning, and execution.
  • Provide hands-on technical guidance and resolve design/verification challenges.
  • Drive project planning, execution, and tracking to meet delivery schedules.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Physical Design, Analog/Mixed Signal, Architecture, Software).
  • Ensure adherence to PPA (Performance, Power, Area) and quality targets.
  • Build and strengthen the team's capability by mentoring engineers.
  • Support customer reviews, project audits, and internal reporting.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 12+ years of experience in Digital Design (RTL/DV).
  • Strong expertise in SystemVerilog, UVM, and verification methodologies.
  • Hands-on experience in RTL design, coding, and functional verification.
  • Proven ability to manage teams of 30+ engineers in complex ASIC/SoC projects.
  • Solid understanding of design flows, low-power design, and verification techniques.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to track and deliver multiple engagements.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective cross-team and customer interaction.
