We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our international supply chain team in Mumbai, India. As a key member of our logistics team, you will play a critical role in ensuring timely customs clearance, accurate documentation, and efficient shipment processing.
Responsibilities- Manage import/export shipment activities, including tracking and analyzing data to identify compliance issues.
- Work closely with freight forwarders and third-party providers to ensure seamless shipment processing and related paperwork.
- Ensure all import/export activities comply with applicable laws and regulations.
- Prepare and submit required reports to internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Post Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) in SAP while resolving any errors promptly.
- Collaborate with intercompany teams and vendors to obtain necessary documents for shipment clearance.
- 2-3 years' experience in logistics and customer service.
- Strong proficiency in SAP with effective application in daily tasks.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A proactive problem solver with the ability to anticipate challenges and find solutions.
