Expert in Equipment Health Monitoring is required to provide advanced support services for condition monitoring of rotating equipment.

This role involves utilizing various condition monitoring techniques, such as vibration analysis, oil analysis, thermography, and videoscopy, to identify potential faults and defects.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of machine condition monitoring, balancing, and alignment, as well as experience with vibration standards and rotor dynamics.

Additionally, they will be familiar with condition monitoring data systems, such as CSI Emerson SKF and GE System 1 SmartSignal, and possess knowledge of various oil analysis techniques, wear particles, and thermography.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing engineer-level support on condition monitoring of rotating equipment
  • Utilizing online and offline data acquisition techniques to analyze and provide recommendations on maintenance needs
  • Supporting reliability improvement plans and initiatives based on condition monitoring parameters
  • Maintaining updated knowledge of rotating equipment condition by monitoring, tracking, and analyzing to identify developing faults and defects
  • Keeping rotating equipment condition healthy in compliance with associated standards and procedures

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering
  • Accredited vibration analysis training Cat I
  • Knowledge of condition monitoring data systems and various oil analysis techniques
  • Experience with condition monitoring in a power, refinery, petrochemical industry
  • Familiarity with AR VR MR technologies
