Job Description

We are seeking an innovative Graphic and Motion Designer to join our team. As a key member of the design department, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling digital experiences from scratch.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in graphic, visual, or motion design, ideally in digital-first contexts. You will be expected to possess advanced Figma skills and a strong command of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro).

In this role, you will work closely with marketing, product, and content teams to deliver high-quality designs that meet brand consistency standards. You will also be responsible for maintaining and evolving design systems to ensure seamless integration across platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create visually appealing web pages optimized for conversion, usability, and visual appeal
  • Design short-form videos, animations, and motion graphics that engage audiences
  • Develop and maintain design systems to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in graphic, visual, or motion design, preferably in digital-first contexts
  • Advanced Figma skills and strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro)
  • A portfolio showcasing a mix of static design and motion/animation work
  • Strong grasp of layout, typography, color theory, and animation principles
  • High attention to detail with the ability to deliver quality work under tight deadlines
