Product Quality Specialist

This role is a crucial part of our Product & Engineering team, ensuring seamless, reliable, and impactful experiences for users across industries.

As a Product Quality Specialist, you will bring expertise in manual testing, test case writing, API testing, and automation to execute structured tests, write clear test cases, and validate functionality across multiple user roles.

  • Ensure product quality by executing structured manual tests, writing clear test cases, and validating functionality across multiple user roles.
  • Improve reliability and scalability by designing, executing, and maintaining test automation scripts and frameworks for core workflows.
  • Strengthen API stability by performing thorough API testing, validating integrations, and identifying edge cases.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, and designers to embed quality into every phase of the product lifecycle.

Deliverables include well-documented test plans, test cases, and bug reports aligned with product requirements and user stories. You will also be responsible for comprehensive manual test coverage, automated test scripts, API test cases, and QA metrics reporting.

Requirements for this role include 2+ years of QA experience in a product-driven environment, strong proficiency in manual testing and test case writing, and hands-on experience with API testing and test automation frameworks.

  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to reproduce and document complex issues.
