Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to evaluate and ensure the ethical development and deployment of artificial intelligence models. This role spans traditional machine learning models, large language models, and generative AI systems.

The ideal candidate combines technical expertise with a strong grasp of ethical frameworks and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate AI/ML models for bias, fairness, explainability, and robustness.
  • Conduct safety testing and adversarial analysis across AI pipelines.
  • Perform model audits and implement responsible AI principles.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in AI evaluation or assurance roles.
  • Strong knowledge of fairness, bias detection, differential privacy, and red-teaming techniques.
  • Familiarity with AI regulation and governance (EU AI Act, FTC guidance).
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and deploying/evaluating AI services.
  • Proficiency in Python and libraries such as scikit-learn, Transformers.
