Job Title: SAP ABAP Developer Position

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP ABAP developer to be part of our dynamic team at Nilasu consulting. As an integral part of our organization, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing innovative SAP ABAP solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Development and Customization: Develop, test, and deploy high-quality SAP ABAP programs, reports, interfaces, forms, and workflows.
  • HANA Development: Leverage SAP HANA's capabilities to create optimized and efficient solutions.
  • Performance Optimization: Analyze and optimize the performance of ABAP code to ensure optimal system performance.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve complex technical issues related to ABAP development.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with functional consultants, business analysts, and other technical teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
  • Best Practices: Adhere to SAP best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP technologies and trends.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Strong ABAP Development Skills: Proven experience in ABAP development, including object-oriented ABAP, ABAP CDS, and ABAP on HANA.
  • HANA Expertise: Knowledge of HANA modeling, SQLScript, and CDS views.
  • Eclipse IDE Proficiency: Familiarity with the Eclipse IDE for ABAP development.
  • S/4HANA Understanding: Basic understanding of S/4HANA concepts and its impact on ABAP development.
  • BW Knowledge: Knowledge of SAP BW/4HANA and its integration with ABAP.
  • Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex problems and provide effective solutions.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Desired Skills:

  • Experience with SAP Fiori development.
  • Knowledge of SAP Cloud Platform (SCP).
  • Understanding of DevOps practices.
