Job Title: User Growth Strategist

As a seasoned User Growth Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our mobile games.

This is an opportunity to utilize your expertise in user acquisition, retention, and re-engagement to scale our player base and revenue.

Our ideal candidate has 4+ years of hands-on experience in UA for mobile games, proven expertise with major ad platforms (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok), strong working knowledge of MMPs (AppsFlyer), and a deep understanding of UA KPIs (CPI, CAC, ROAS, ROI, LTV, retention).

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive user growth strategy that integrates acquisition, retention, and re-engagement.
  • Manage daily campaign performance, adjusting bids, budgets, targeting, and creatives to hit key performance indicators.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Analytics, Engineering, Product, Creative) to ensure alignment and optimize campaign performance.
  • Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven track record of success in user acquisition, retention, and re-engagement for mobile games.
  • Strong analytical and mathematical skills, with ability to run complex data analysis and visualization.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
