Duties and Responsibilities:
- Travel Management: Arrange local & international travel, accommodations, and transportation for business trips.
- Office Operations: Oversee day-to-day office operations, including managing office supplies and maintaining a clean workspace.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate registers such as office supplies, inward/outward, and correspondence.
- Financial Management: Manage admin-related financial records and accounts.
- Guest House Administration: Oversee the maintenance and management of company guest houses.
- Scheduling and Events: Coordinate and prioritize schedules and appointments for senior executives. Organize team events and meetings.
- Reporting and Presentations: Prepare timely presentations, proposals, and data sheets as assigned. Provide accurate and concise reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis in prescribed formats.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in hospitality or travel.
- A bachelor's or master's degree in any field.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well with others.
