As a seasoned Information Security Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the orchestration of security and compliance projects. Your primary responsibilities will include executing end-to-end project management tasks, estimating resources and participants, reviewing and recommending changes to the project scope, and maintaining efficient project coordination processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute end-to-end management of security and compliance projects, including resource allocation, change management, stakeholder engagement, training requirements, and risk assessment
  • Estimate resources and participants needed to achieve project goals
  • Review and recommend changes, reductions or additions to the overall project
  • Maintain efficiency of project coordination process, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and quality control
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks related to program and project management

As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams and staff of all levels, assisting in the development, training, and assignment of work/projects to team members reporting to others. You will also be responsible for project status reporting and stakeholder communication, and will play an extended role through the InfoSec Service Delivery Team for any events or program support.

You will foster and maintain relationships with vendors by communicating with them frequently to answer questions and ensure required delivery of services. In addition, you will create a structured environment in which team members can work together as an efficient team.
