Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Productionization Specialist to lead the productionization of new products, optimize capacity planning, and improve productivity. The ideal candidate will have experience in manufacturing, product development, and process optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the productionization of new products from design to launch, ensuring smooth execution and meeting quality standards.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize capacity planning, reduce manufacturing costs, and improve productivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve process issues, improving overall efficiency and quality.
- Analyze data to inform decision-making, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes to drive business results.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure the organization remains competitive.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 8-12 years of experience in manufacturing, product development, and process optimization.

- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
